HOW ARE APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED?

SCHEDULING:

 

We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments. We have found that children with extensive dental work or preschool children are better to be seen early in the morning when they are fresher we can work more slowly with them for their comfort so they can have a more positive experience.

 

 

Some appointments may require the child to miss some school; however, these are considered excused absences. With continued care, appointments during school can be kept to a minimum.

 

 

MISSED APPOINTMENTS:

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient and all treatment rooms are prepared before time. Doctor and staff time are dedicated to your individual reserved time. We appreciate a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your child’s appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your help as a courtesy to all of our patients.

FINANCES AND INSURANCES

If you have dental insurance, our staff will be happy to verify your coverage. Please have your insurance information available when you call to schedule an appointment. Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate you.
